Mayor Joyce McCulloch says the survey would help understand how the community and council can work together to share news and information.
“We as a Council put a great deal of importance on communicating openly and honestly with ratepayers and residents,” Cr McCulloch said.
“The aim of the survey is for the public to let us know what we are doing well, and the areas where there is perhaps some room for improvement, in terms of our communications practices.
“I encourage locals to fill out the online survey. There are no right or wrong answers, and the information that’s provided will remain strictly confidential.
“Honest, constructive feedback is always welcome and appreciated.”
