With recent rains resulting in grassed fairways out to the edges, the lady golfers found accuracy paramount as lost balls can ruin a well hit drive.
The flies made the going tough but Perrin kept her cool and secured top honours with 35 points.
Rene Blackman claimed runner-up with 34 points after a countback ahead of Margie McDonald.
McDonald featured in the ball rundown along with Judy Fangrath (33) and Rebecca Nankivelle (30) after surviving a countback with Michele Cullen who also finished with 30 points.
McDonald and Fangrath rounded out a good performance by claiming the nearest the pins on hole 1 and 11 respectively.
Earlier in the week, in form Margie McDonald claimed Wednesdays 12-hole Stableford event with a great score of 19 points.
Ulla Allen took home the runners-up award with 15 points and her superb tee shot claimed the nearest the pin on hole 5.
Next Saturday the ladies will play their first 18-hole Single Stroke Monthly Medal for the season.
