More than 110 women attended the event from all over the north west.
Women travelled from as far as Tennant Creek, Townsville, Brisbane, Julia Creek, Richmond, Cloncurry, Burketown.
Organiser and co-founder of Wild Spark Danielle Doyle said they were passionate about connecting women and helping them be the best they could be, no matter where they live.
"Our aim is to help and support remote women who might want to start an online business or perhaps already have one and need help to further or improve this business," Ms Doyle said.
"We want to help women connect because when women support women amazing things can happen.
Ms Doyle said usually you would have to drive to a major city or pay for a very expensive flight to attend such an event.
"I wanted to make this sort of event accessible for women in rural, regional and remote Australia," she said.
The event took place on International Women's Day and showcased six guest speakers who related their business journey, their highs and lows and encouraging tips.
Ms Doyle said they were business women who had established their own online businesses.
"They shared their stories and provided hints and tips on various topics from social media, PR, and video to putting systems in place for your own business."
"Business women and other organisations have a huge following in the capital cities and Wild Spark want to capture the rural, regional and remote market for female entrepreneurs who want to change the world no matter where they live.
Ms Doyle said the day was all about helping women to connect with other like minded women.
"For them to step outside their comfort zone and gain the confidence to take the next step towards their dream, what ever that may be.
Wild Spark hope to make the event an annual occurrence in Mount Isa.
"The event was everything I had dreamed it would be and more.
"I hope everyone left feeling motivated and inspired and perhaps made a new friend or two," she said.
