100 locals enjoyed a sit down dinner under the stars at the Mount Isa Rugby Union Grounds on Saturday May 11 despite the cold weather.
Ms Lovett said it was a great opportunity for people to come together to raise the profile of mental health and enjoy an open dinner on the footy field, while enjoying listening to guest speaker Joel Thompson.
The Manly Sea Eagles footy player shared stories of his career and his struggles surrounding mental health, while also taking the time to have a chat to the locals.
