Burow's horse, Split the Atom, won the 1100 meter race more than one length in front of Deadly Choices in second and two lengths in front of Slithering Suzie in third.
This victory will see Burow and his seven-year-old horse travel to Brisbane to compete in the Battle of the Bush on Saturday June 22.
Burow's stable foreman Peter McLeash said he was very pleased with the result.
"The horse's performance has been great, this year he has had three starts for three wins," Mr McLeash said.
"We only got Split the Atom last year and he nearly won the Isa Cup 1700m but I have always had in the back of my mind that he is a better sprinter.
"However if it does rain in Brisbane and you get around a soft seven - which he loves- he is from Victoria so he doesn't mind the cooler, wet conditions also."
This is the second consecutive year that Burow has qualified for the Battle of the Bush entering Galea Warrior in 2018.
The Battle of the Bush Series will comprise 16 qualifiers held across the eight Racing Queensland regions.
Finalists will race for $125,000 (plus a $30,000 QTIS winners' bonus) at the historic Eagle Farm Racecourse.
Racing Queensland CEO Brendan Parnell said Racing Queensland was committed to providing more opportunities for country racing participants to experience the thrill of racing for high stakes alongside some of Australian racing's biggest names.
"The inaugural TAB Battle of the Bush Series was a game changer, not just for participants and owners, but for racing fans across Queensland who followed their favourite country trainer or horse throughout the series to the final," Mr Parnell said.
The next North West Battle of the Bush qualifier will be held in Cloncurry on Saturday June 1.
