North West Regional Health recently welcomed registered nurse and aged care specialist Sandra Glaister to their Board of Non-Executive Directors.

Ms Glaister has a career spanning more than 20 years operating at senior levels in aged services across both not-for-profit and the private sector including strategic and operational leadership within the portfolios of home care, residential aged care, retirement living, acute (hospital) care and disaster management.
Board Chair Phil Barwick said Sandra is an ideal fit to the NWRH Board our sub-committees and our strategic direction and I would like to welcome her to our team.
"Having recently expanded our service model to include disability services as a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and a range of aged care services including residential and at home care it was paramount we had a strong, competent and educated voice to deliver foresight and input into these areas operations," Mr Barwick said.
"With a Master of Business Administration - Master Dispute Resolution, as well as formal qualifications in research, education, training, rural leadership and clinical teaching we (NWRH) consider ourselves very fortunate to have Sandra on our Board and look forward to her input and direction as we continue to grow and expand into the future."
NWRH is overseen by a Board comprising of seven Directors who together bring extensive experience in all aspects of corporate governance and health to ensure best practice standards are delivered across all areas of operations.
