There was no need for fashion police at the Hair Beauty and Fashion Extravaganza on Saturday evening when 100 models graced the runway groomed by local stylists.

More than 200 people attended the event which was hosted by 2019 Isa Rodeo Queen Quest Entrant Bron Myers, raising funds for Mount Isa Base Hospital Aux - Cancer Unit.
The extravaganza highlighted local hair salons, make-up artists, fashion stores both online and brick and mortar, and local performers.
Ms Myers said she was overwhelmed by fantastic comments during and after the event.
"Everyone loved it! And when I asked for a show of hands if I should make this an annual event the response was a unanimous yes," she said.
Ms Myers now plans to make it an annual event.
The local hairdresser owns Salon Bronze located in Miles St and said when she was an apprentice, over 15 years ago, the community used to hold Hair and Fashion events but they slowly phased out.
"They're a great way to showcase our talented stylists, beauticians and performers."
Local hair salons teamed up with make-up artists on the night to create a specific theme.
Bella Obsession teamed with the Skin Coaches to produce a tropical theme, Marnie's Hair Studio and Miss Liltyn collaborated a horde of warriors, Salon Bronze along with Face Candy and Beautiful You - Make Up by Juanita, created a Zodiac theme.
Through out the evening local performers such as Mount Isa School of Dance, Mount Isa Theatrical Society and the unforgettable Salon Bronze Males entertained the crowd.
The fashionable styles were labelled from Laura Johnson Op shop and Millinery By Mel.
