The Queensland Ambulance Service said they were called to the residence in the suburb of Winston, near Little West St at 11.07pm Monday for a house fire.
On arrival, emergency services found the house was fully engulfed.
Paramedics remained on scene while officers and crew from the Queensland Fire And Emergency Services contained the blaze.
"Two patients were assessed at the scene, however neither required further transport to hospital," a QAS spokesperson said.
A set of units just over the fence narrowly avoided damage from the fire.
Police were investigating if there were any suspicious circumstances on Tuesday morning.
