The side made up of players from Mount Isa, Tablelands and Innisfail won all three of their games on the weekend to win the title.
They beat Townsville 18-12 and Mackay 34-10 on Saturday and rounded it out with a 22-10 win over Cairns on Sunday.
Coach Nigel Tremain was delighted with his players who he called awesome young men.
"The first game against Townsville defending seven sets on our own try line with the score 6 nil ,for any team at any level to achieve this,is outstanding," Tremain said.
"I knew then we had something special you kept turning up for each other, signs of true champions.
"To be gifted a squad of talented and respectful young men made my job effortless and any recognition and praise should be squarely directed at the deservedly undefeated 2019 U15 age champions. Legends so proud of you all."
