State KAP Leader and Traeger MP Robbie Katter has implored Minister for Local Government Stirling Hinchliffe to speed up the Electoral Commission of Queensland's (ECQ) assessment into increasing the number of councillors elected to the Cloncurry Shire Council from four to six.
