At 1.45am on Sunday June 16, police intercepted a Toyota Hilux on Boyd Parade, for a Roadside Breath Test.
The driver drove through the front gate of his own property causing damage.
The man returned a positive result roadside and was transported to Mount Isa Station for further testing, where he provided a BAC of 0.175 per cent.
The 17-year-old Pioneer boy was charged with high range drink driving and issued with an immediate driver licence suspension.
He will be dealt with under provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
At 12.35am on Monday June 17, a 44-year-old Cloncurry woman was intercepted on Sunset Drive, for a Roadside Drug Test.
The woman provided a positive result and a second analysis recorded another positive result.
She was charged with drug driving and issued with a 24 hour driver licence suspension notice.
She is due to appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on July 31.
