On Wednesday May 22, 204 items of alleged stolen property were recovered from a dwelling in Townview.
Tools, liquor, jewellery, garden equipment and electrical items have been recovered and linked to offences committed in homes and other premises.
Search warrants executed that day recovered alleged stolen property items including jewellery, military medals, household goods and electrical items.
On Monday May 27, a further 38 alleged stolen items including jewellery, cash, tools and household items, were recovered from another Mount Isa home.
On Sunday June 16, police searched further premises where they allegedly located and recovered stolen tools, sporting goods, camping equipment and clothing.
A 41-year-old Pioneer woman has been charged with two counts of supply dangerous drug and possess utensil and one count each of receiving tainted property, possess dangerous drug, possess property suspected as used in connection of drug offence and trafficking in dangerous drug.
She is due to appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on July 29. A 23-year-old Mount Isa man was charged with two counts of stealing and one count each of burglary, enter premises and trespass. He is remanded in custody to appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on July 4. A 21-year-old Mornington man has been charged with once count of burglary.
A further three offenders have been charged and have appeared before the courts and investigations are continuing and further arrests are expected.
Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Barron of the Mount Isa Criminal Investigation Branch said recovery of this property was achieved through direct assistance of the community.
"Residents are encouraged to continue reporting suspicious activity to police and protect our community from criminal activity," Detective Senior Sergeant Barron said.
