More than 1000 protesters will attempt to disrupt Friday peak hour traffic in Brisbane as part of ongoing opposition to the controversial coal mine.
Galilee Blockade spokesperson Donna Smith said they will also announce a workshop to train protesters in peaceful but physical methods to interrupt work on the project.
"We're expecting a lot of interest from people who are now willing to step up and take extraordinary measures to use their bodies to blockade Adani and all their contractors," she said.
Several protesters in recent weeks have been arrested for glueing themselves to roads, but Ms Smith said that would not be part of the training.
Galilee Blockade expects to fill a 200-capacity venue at their first workshop on July 28, but physical blockades will start as soon as Monday.
Police have warned commuters to prepare for disruptions as protesters gather at Brisbane Square at 5pm on Friday and march through the CBD.
Organiser Catherine Robertson says the march will disrupt traffic and is aimed at putting pressure on the Queensland government.
It follows a similar protest a fortnight ago, which caused major headaches for travellers.
"We won't go quietly into the night," Ms Robertson said.
