A strong field of ladies teed off at Mount Isa Golf Club on Saturday for the 18-hole Stableford competition making the most of perfect golfing conditions.

Michelle Cullen blitzed the field coming home with an awesome 42 points outclassing her rivals to take the win.
Runner up trophy went to Judy Fangrath finishing the day with 38 points.
Ball run down honours were awarded to Alison Gordon on 36 points and close behind Prue Dunstan with 32 points.
Pin shots were shared around with Angie Sciascia on hole 5, Ulla Allen on hole 14 and Alison Gordon on hole 15.
Competitors also battled it out in the mid-week competition on Wednesday for the Jakeman Constructions trophy in the second monthly medal event for August.
Ulla Allen took first place honours with an impressive nett score of 71 after a countback was required when Rebecca Nankivell also finished with 71 nett.
Nankivell was rewarded with the runner up trophy while Glenda Fietz took ball rundown honours with 72 nett along with Liz Jakeman with 73 nett.
Liz Jakeman took the pin shots on holes 2 and 8 with Angie Sciascia taking the final pin shot on hole 14.
Following the close of play, August's monthly medals were decided with Michele Cullen coming up trumps in the silver division, Ulla Allen claimed Bronze 1 and Danielle Burns claimed Bronze 2.
The putting champions were Ulla Allen, Rebecca Nankivell and Alison Gordon with 30 putts.
