The event known as 'Derrick's fight night' will formally match up Queensland vs Northern Territory and interstate.
James Derrick the founder and promoter of the fight night said some of the best fighters from around the nation were coming to Mount Isa.
"We have fighters coming from all over the country and some of them even holding state titles," Mr Derrick said.
Mr Derrick said to keep an eye out for his main card bout.
"The main card is my heavy weight Sunia flying Fijian Raitava coming up against one of Victoria's best fighters Brad Rogers, it will be a tough fight but one hell of a contest that is for sure," he said.
Fijian heavy weight fighter Sunia Raitava said he was confident he could leave the stadium with a win.
"Derrick's training has not only taught me to be a boxer but also a fighter, which has been hard to come across with previous trainers. This has given me a lot of confidence so I definitely think I could win," Mr Raitava said.
"I originate from Fiji, have been training here for many years now and have been a miner in Mount Isa for ten years which I have loved."
Mr Derrick said it was not only seniors to keep an eye out for but juniors as well.
"We also have juniors Kael Burns and Leveigh Savero taking on title holders from Queensland. Both these boys have a great future in the sport and although they are fighting title holders I think they can win," he said.
Mr Derrick also gave insight on how the fights will be formatted.
"We have a total of 30 fights on the night so it is going to be a big one. Each fight will consist of three, two minute rounds," he said.
"We won't be taking a single fight easy.
"We aren't taking these other clubs lightly because I know how hard they train."
