Around 6.15am on September 7, a search warrant was executed at a residence within the Bidunggu Aboriginal Community at Gregory.
Police will allege the man allegedly fired a gun at the location.

Police located the man at the Gregory River with ammunition and drug related utensils.
A 45-year-old man has been charged with one count each of unlawful possession of category C weapon, discharge weapon in public place, authority required to possess explosives, receiving tainted property firearm/ammunition and possess utensil.
He is due to appear in the Doomadgee Magistrates Court today (Monday September 9).
