The Tigers were caught off guard with a quick goal from Isaroos in the opening minutes of the game.
Tigers captain Lauren Jamieson then equalised the score just before half time with an unstoppable shot at goal.
In the second half, both teams fought hard to secure another goal and in the last 30 seconds Tigers striker Shannon Sweeney squeezed a shot inside the left post to win the game.
Concordia Coach Mego Radwan said the Tigers were lucky in the respect that they have a lot of versatile players who can easily play in different positions on the park.
"This Friday night we will be getting the girls to concentrate on the basics and we will be hoping that the effort that they have put in this season will pay off for them in this game," Radwan said.
"While Tigers are going in the underdogs, that's just the way they like it."
Tigers will play Parkside in the grand final this Friday September 13 at 8pm.
