The Mount Isa business won the 2019 Best Customer Care award in front of hundreds of beauty professionals on August 25.
Founder and owner Reegyn McElligott said they competed against all beauty salons in Australia.
"One of the girls here nominated us, we then went through to a shortlist and won which is massive for us especially coming from Mount Isa," Ms McElligott said.
"We were the first in our region to win this award and it's the second time we have won it."
Ms McElligott started the business as Natural Beauty & Medi Clinic nine years ago but recently re-branded into The Skin Coaches.
"When I was coming out of my training, there wasn't too much around in our area that specialised in skin, so that's where my journey started to open a clinic," she said.
"I have always been passionate about beauty therapy and skin, we do everything from skin analysis, skin diagnosis, advance skin revision, Dermapen and laser just to name a few.
"The team were very excited to win the award, as we have expanded into our new space and doing a lot more communicating with our clients including surveys on the treatments they want, what they love, and doing reports.
"We are very big on professional development and making sure we are up with the latest trends, technology and products. That's how we became The Skin Coaches because we found our niche and went with it."
The Skin Coaches also had a team member, Natalie Herschell, listed as a finalist for Beauty Therapist Of The Year.
They won the ABIA Best Customer Care in 2017 and employee Stacie Downden won Beauty Therapist Of The Year in 2018.
