The poets breakfast is at 7am Thursday followed by a 'Billy Can Dash' for the littlies down Elderslie St.
From 11am there are whip Cracking Workshops with Nathan Griggs while the Outback Iron Man and Woman continues from 11.30am.
Innocent Eve take the main stage at 3pm with duck racing and a charity auction from 5pm.
The day ends with the Sunset Charity Extravaganza Dinner - a three course dinner featuring Matt Golinski Celebrity Chef.
On Friday there are cart races at 11.30am and a junior Iron Man at 1pm before gates open for the Dunny Derby at 3pm.
The parade of entrants for the Derby is at 4.30pm before the racing kicks off at 5pm.
The concert starts at 7pm with Innocent Eve / Frankie J Holden & Wilbur Wilde.
