Singer-songwriter legend Paul Kelly leads the festival bill, along with 19 Australian and New Zealand music icons including Tim Finn, John Williamson, Kate Ceberano, Ian Moss, Shannon Noll, Dragon, The Radiators, Mi Sex, Wendy Matthews, Thirsty Merc, Marc Gable, Glenn Shorrock, Caitlin Shadbolt and more.
The all-ages festival is set to run July 7-9, 2020, on the striking red sands of Queensland's Simpson Desert, in front of 'Big Red' - a 40-metre high sand dune that provides a spectacular natural amphitheatre setting found nowhere else in the world.
Big Red Bash Founder and Organiser Greg Donovan said the anticipation and excitement has been building since they wrapped this year's Big Red Bash.
"It's definitely reached new heights after the 2020 artist line-up announcement," Mr Donovan said
"The response has been awesome, and we've been inundated with emails and messages from people across Australia wanting to know when they can buy tickets for 2020.
"The time has thankfully come. We are expecting a sell-out crowd again next year, so we're encouraging punters to buy their tickets sooner rather than later to avoid any disappointment.
"We look forward to welcoming plenty of new, as well as familiar, faces to the biggest and best Big Red Bash ever next July."
Wendy Matthews, who had to pull out last-minute from the 2019 Big Red Bash due to illness, said the Bash was a long time coming for her.
"Much to my disappointment, I missed it this year and ended up in the hospital for a couple of nights. I am so looking forward to getting out there this year to experience it for real instead of looking longingly at my friends photos of all the fun they had," Matthews said.
