This year's Boulia Rodeo will have trick riders all the way from South East Queensland to show off their gymnastic skills on October 12-13.
Boulia Rodeo secretary Tarsha Shaw said the weekend would have all the usual events plus the trick riders.
"This year we have campdraft, a full rodeo program with bulls, barrels and broncs, poddy ride, gymkhana, pole bending and for the first time ever we have trick riders coming from the Gold Coast," Ms Shaw said.
Ms Shaw said the Rodeo starts at 6am on Saturday morning with the first event being the campdraft.
"On the Friday night there is a barbecue for those who come early and camp," she said.
Ms Shaw said they were hoping to get about 300 people this year as previous years had been tough with the floods and the droughts.
There will also be a masseuse who will do massages on both people and horses, as well as a DJ on Saturday night.
Tickets are $10 for the whole weekend and camping is free.
There is no power on the campsite.
