Blackman survived a count back from Liz Debney to take the win with Debney relegated to runner up spot after both carded an impressive 27 stableford points.
Ball run down honours were awarded to Margie McDonald for 21 points.
Pin shots were won by Angie Sciascia (holes two and 11), Ulla Allen (holes four and eight), Renee Blackman hole 12 and Judy Fangrath hole five.
Competitors also battled it out in the mid-week competition on Wednesday in an 18-hole Par event.
Ulla Allen took first place honours with an impressive +3 outplaying her opponents. The runner up trophy went to Margie McDonald who finished square for the days play.
Margie McDonald took the pin shot on hole two, Ulla Allen on holes six and 11 and Liz Debney took the final pin on hole 17.
