The ABC has reported some Nationals backbenchers expressed issues about the senator's leadership at a party room meeting on Monday.
The senator did not attend the gathering as she was participating in Senate estimates hearings.
Asked about the story soon after it broke at estimates on Monday evening, Senator McKenzie said she hadn't read it but that her colleagues hadn't raised the concerns mentioned with her.
"No, they have not," she said.
Senator McKenzie said she would deal with any such suggestions in the party room.
"I'll address that in the party room and I won't be discussing it here in estimates," she said.
Senator McKenzie has been the party's deputy since 2017 but became agriculture minister in May.
She took over from Nationals MP David Littleproud, who now handles the drought and water portfolios.
