Police seized a box containing 24 individual glasses of wine.
A 35-year-old Doomadgee woman was charged with one count of prohibition of possession of liquor in restricted area.
She is to appear in the Doomadgee Magistrates Court on November 13.
On Sunday, October 20, Doomadgee Police intercepted a vehicle towing a trailer on the Savannah Way, heading into Doomadgee.
Officers observed a number of cask wine bladders to be sitting in the trailer.
Upon seizure of the bladders, officers counted 20 in total.
As a result, a 29-year-old Doomadgee woman was charged with one count of attempt to take liquor into restricted area.
She is due to appear in the Doomadgee Magistrates Court on November 13.
Sergeant John Fowles he wants to remind the community that failing to comply with the Alcohol Management Plan can result in criminal charges.
"The purpose of the Alcohol Management Plan is to minimise the harm caused by alcohol abuse and misuse," Sergeant Fowles said.
"The QPS is committed to reducing violence and alcohol related disturbances in our area."
