Mount Isa jockey Dan Ballard came out on top, claiming three of the five races.
Winner of race one benchmark 65 handicap 1450m was Dan Ballard on Moore Alpha almost two lengths ahead of Terrence Hill on Prince of Baroda, followed by Jason Babarovich on Bold Sam.
Race two Class 3 plate 1000m was won by Dan Ballard on Brave Jewel closely in second was Rhiannon Payne on No Crystal Ball, followed by Terrence Hill on Temerity.
Third race, Maidan Plate 1100m was won by Terrence Hill on Mexican Yell, followed by Keith Ballard on Principle in second and Jason Hoopert on Toss of a Coin in third.
Race four, Open Plate 1100m was won by Aaron Spradau on Galea Warrior followed by Dan Ballard on Slithering Suzie and Rhiannon Payne on Le Chef.
Final race, Benchmark 50 Handicap 1200m was won by Dan Ballard on Clarion followed closely by Tim Brummell on Seriously Happy and Terrence Hill on Text Me.
