The Black Stars decision to bat first against the Bulls seemed wise after a 124 run partnership between Scott Kyle (54) and Nadish (56) got them off to the perfect start.
The Black Stars finished their innings on a solid 4-164.
Bulls captain Callum Jones said his side dropped a lot of chances but highlighted Khan (1-32) for bowling well.
Batting partnerships was the theme of the game with Hall (68 not out), Narine (64 not out) hitting a remarkable 163 run partnership to chase down Black Stars score to finish on 1-165.
The win has put the Bulls at the top of the T20 table alongside the Cavaliers.
In the other game the Panthers were left with some soul searching to do after once again losing from a dominant position against the Cavaliers to remain the only club without a win this season.
The Panthers posted a sub par yet still competitive 146 after losing the toss and being sent in.
Panthers captain Ben Ryan said they batted okay, with Donker (32) doing well and Pritch (21 not out) and Brown (35 not out) finishing the innings positively.
The Cavaliers then batted without fear with both openers Tully (19) and Potter (39) wasting no time finding the rope.
Panthers bowlers Callum (3-15) and Burri (3-17) would then get the Panthers right back in the contest, going to drinks with the Cavaliers at 6-83.
However confident lower order hitting got the Cavaliers home in Pickering (52) and Holland (29 not out).
Ryan said even though his bowlers performed well, with Burri starring in his return, it was the fielding that let the team down with at least six dropped catches.
"We're not going to make the T20 final, so we'll look at gaining some confidence going into the 40 over comp by going hard in our last two games," Ryan said.
Round 5 has the Bulls vs Cavaliers at 10am.
Panthers vs Black Stars at 2pm.
