More than 1500 local customers supported McHappy Day to help raise vital funds for the Ronald McDonald House.
Mount Isa McDonalds franchisee Cristina Davis said the event raised more than $7000, which was $2000 more than 2018.
"This figure is appreciative with the community who came in and donated or volunteered," Ms Davis said.
"We had local delegates including MP Robbie Katter, Mayor Joyce McCulloch as well as local services including local police, fire brigade and Mount Isa Ronald McDonald Charity Ball committee."
Ms Davis said everything purchased on the day went directly to the Ronald McDonald House.
"We got a great response from residents who not only bought meals but also silly socks, Big Mac sauce bottles, helping hands and raffle tickets for hamper packs.
"The Mount Isa community has been supportive of the charity for many years, because there are families who have used the house in Townsville.
"Mount Isa has always been very charitable of the house."
