The free event which has been running at now since March 31, 2018 continues to grow from strength to strength
This week 54 people ran, jogged and walked the 5km course, of which two were first timers and seven recorded new Personal Bests. Most enjoyed the slightly cooler conditions from last week.
Young Pratik Seegoolam may run in the 11-14 age category but he was still fastest across the line of all runners in a time of 19.26.
Isabelle Walker was first female across the line in 23.56.
Since starting 754 participants have completed 5000 parkruns in Mount Isa covering a total distance of 25,000 km, including 928 Personal Bests. A total of 198 individuals have volunteered 689 times.
Parkrun is at Tharrapatha Way every Saturday 7am,
Cloncurry also has a parkrun at the same time, starting from Mary Kathleen Park.
