At about 2.30am on Tuesday January 7, it is alleged two girls have gained entry to a Rodeo Drive hotel, by using a rock to smash a rear window to a restaurant.
It is further alleged the girls have then removed a number of bottles of alcohol and used spray paint to draw on the flooring of the restaurant.
A 16-year-old Lake Nash (NT) girl has been charged with enter premises and a 13-year-old Doomadgee girl has been charged with enter premises.
Both girls will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
