Three boys have been charged following multiple stealing offences in Mount Isa.

At around 12.30pm on Tuesday January 7, it is alleged three boys entered the yard of a Spence Street premises and located two bicycles and a bicycle pump.
It is further alleged the boys have thrown the bicycles over a fence, causing damage.
A male resident has confronted the boys and wrestled with one of them. It is alleged the second boy struck the man in the forearm with the bicycle pump, before both boys fled.
A 14-year-old Pioneer boy has been charged with one count each of stealing, wilful damage, trespass and common assault.
Investigations are continuing into this matter.
This boy has also been charged with an additional count of stealing, in relation to the theft of money from a till at a Simpson Street business, at around 7pm that evening.
It is alleged he and three other boys have lent over the counter of the business, turned the key in the till drawer and removed a substantial amount of money before fleeing.
A 17-year-old Menzies boy has been charged with stealing.
A 14-year-old Sunset boy has been charged with stealing.
All three boys will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
Investigations are continuing.
