The Electoral Commission Queensland remain slow putting up results on their website and the latest figures are the same as Sunday which had Danielle Slade 190 votes ahead of Mayor Joyce McCulloch with 65% of the unofficial count completed.
Ms Slade has 3204 votes (44.64%) compared to current Mayor Joyce McCulloch's 3014 (42.06%) with David Fletcher on 960 (13.37%).
In the six-seat council election ballot only 17% has been counted so far independent former councillor Kim Coghlan still leads with 925, current councillor Mick Tully 905, James Bambrick 857, current councillor George Fortune 828, current councillor Phil Barwick 823, and current councillor Paul Stretton 820 are in the six elected positions for now though only 17.15% counted.
They are followed by current councillor Peta MacRae 762, current councillor Jean Ferris 731, Bernard Gillic 720, Gary Abel 720, Lesley-Ann Peterson 674, Tom Heffernan 608, Stephanie King 594, Natasha Hydon 558, Robyn Ferrier 500, Jennifer French 475.
There were more than half a million postal votes cast across Queensland which have not been counted yet.
