Anyone with a valid reason to enter the state will need to obtain a Queensland Entry Pass at www.qld.gov.au/border-pass
Doomadgee, Mornington Island and Burke Shires have limited travel into their district to essential services and residents.
Police are assisting in enforcing these pandemic control areas and you will be stopped prior to entry.

No one is to enter if:
- You or someone you have been in contact with has been diagnosed with COVID19
- You are feeling unwell/have flu like symptoms or had contact within 14 days of someone else who was feeling unwell
- You have travelled overseas within 14 days or have been in contact with anyone who has travelled overseas within the last 14 days.
Police are urging that only necessary travel to these shires and into Queensland occur and you have a valid reason for entry.
If workers are travelling from outside of these areas for work on stations coming up to mustering season, please use common sense and isolate these workers for 14 days prior to coming into contact with others.
Stay home and stay safe.
