With 71.87 per cent of the votes counted, the Electoral Commission of Queensland has declared the successful applicants who will join mayor Greg Campbell for the next four years.
Candidates include returning councillors Dane Swalling and Vicky-Maree Campbell and newcomers Sam Daniels, Nathan Keyes and Janessa Bidgood.
Dane Swalling was the existing deputy mayor and a business owner of Cloncurry Plumbing.
Vicky-Maree Campbell was a current standing councillor and has worked as a mail contractor for Australia Post of the last 16 years.
Sam Daniels is businessman of Brodie & Co Stock and Station Agency.
Nathan Keyes is a grazier and has lived in the Cloncurry region for 36 years.
Janessa Bidgood is the new owner of Outback Auctions and Real Estate in Cloncurry and president of the Curry Merry Muster Festival.
