On Friday, April 17 at about 10.30am two boys have allegedly attempted to break into a house on Banks Crescent, Mount Isa.
They tried to open two windows to the address and removed a metal screen from the window, causing damage.
Police located the boys at a nearby residence after assistance from members of the public.
A 15-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy, both from Mount Isa, were charged with attempted burglary and commit indictable offence.
Both boys will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act 1992.
Wilful Damage, Mount Isa
On Sunday, April 19 at approximately 10.30pm a male person entered Dominos fast food restaurant on Miles Street, Mount Isa.
It is alleged that the man asked for free food as he was hungry and when he was refused free food, the man kicked the front glass door causing it to crack.
A 21-year-old Townsville man was charged with wilful damage and is due to appear before Mount Isa Magistrates Court on July 22.
