"We need these to help with the rules and regulations for game days as well as training," Mr Lewry said.
The league suspended play after just one round in March and Mr Lewry said they would poll members on whether they wanted the season to go ahead, with separate polls for seniors and juniors and if it does start it will be after Stage 3 restrictions ease (Friday July 10).
Mr Lewry said A-graders and under 13s would be allowed to train at Alec Inch Oval.
"Under 5s and under 11s will have to train at parks to spread them out in groups and they can have more volunteers to help with these age groups," he said.
"If you had them here you'd have to wipe and clean everything down which is a lot more work for volunteers."
As for game day, each grade would have their allocated time to play with a half hour break between grades.
There will be sign in and sign out on the gate with names and phone numbers required.
"Players must come to the ground completely dressed and ready to play, boots, socks, jerseys and shorts, there will be no getting ready on the field," Mr Lewry said.
At the moment for juniors they will allow one parent for one child though that could change by the time the season starts.
The grandstands will be fenced off so if you wish to sit you must bring your own chairs.
Players will have to bring their own water bottles with their names on it and won't be allowed to share.
Only three people will be allowed to visit the toilets at a time while the canteen will be open with a half metre barricade to stand behind to order.
"The canteen is our money maker and allows us to maintain the fields which costs money," Mr Lewry said.
