Normally enthusiasts rev into Buchanan Park to admire the vehicles on show but this year it will happen digitally.
This year's show on August 30 was cancelled but the digital show will now take place in July with people encouraged to send in photos of their vehicles to be judged in the competition.
The competition is free and open to Mount Isa bike and car owners and organisers will need your name, make and model, a description of the vehicle, your Instagram account details (if you have one), your postal address and people are also invited to tell a story eg how long have you had the car or a story involving the car,
To enter people can message the Mount Isa Motor Show Facebook page or email mountisamotorsports@gmail.com with your details and a photo of your vehicle to be uploaded.
Organiser Brett Peterson said prizes would be awarded for People Choice and the Judges Choice with nominations are open till July 10 and voting from the afternoon of July 11 through to 5pm on July 12.
"This is just to keep motor sports alive in Mount Isa," Mr Peterson said.
"You can't walk up the street at the moment without people talking about the steps being taken towards a motor sports precinct."
Voting will be on the Show's social media pages but people can share their vehicle on their own page to increase their votes.
