MIRL said it was excited to bring this new Under 15s, girls and 17s competition style to the community over the next six Friday nights.
"Organisers of this competition wanted to breathe new life into these age groups and get some more consistent games for these boys and girls," MIRL said on its Facebook page.
"Under 15's will kick the night off at 6pm. We are keen to see what these boy are made of and test their skills."
Following this game there will be a female league tag competition ranged from ages 14-17 to allow the girls to show off their skills and speed.
The main game kicking off at 7:50pm will be the under 17's.
"This is an age group that hasn't had much footy over the past few years but don't let this fool you, these boys got some skill," MIRL said.
"So if you're sitting at home on a Friday night wishing coronavirus didn't ruin your social life then come on down and support our local stars."
