A teenager has died in a fatal, single vehicle traffic crash in Charters Towers last night.

Investigations suggest around 9pm the vehicle, which was occupied by four people, rolled on the Flinders Highway at Richmond Hill.
A 17-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 21-year-old male driver of the vehicle was airlifted to Townsville Hospital in a serious condition.
Two other passengers, a woman aged 21 and a 29-year-old man were taken to hospital for treatment.
The highway was closed in both directions as emergency services responded to the crash and re-opened at 4.30 am today.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident.
