The Commerce North West-run competition continued to be held despite the COVID-19 pandemic with businesses encouraged to take part to celebrate Isa Rodeo Week.
Commerce North West administration officer and member liaison, Emma Harman, said there were six entrants who took part in this year's competition.
"We didn't have a huge number of entrants, but the entrants that we did have were enthusiastic, positive and a lot of fun," Ms Harman said.
"We had feedback from the community saying that seeing the Best Dressed Premises brought smiles to their faces and made them feel happy for Rodeo Week.
"It was nice to have a little bit of normal in challenging times, we wanted that."
Ms Harman said the competition was hotly contested.

"Our 2020 Champion for this year was Outback at Isa and I believe their display is still up until Sunday if anyone wants to go see it," she said.
"Our People's Choice Award was won by Elders Insurance on Camooweal Street.
"People's Choice Award was a tough one to predict, Outback at Isa started the comp, then Laura Johnson Home came in and then it was neck and neck between Laura Johnson and Elders Insurance."
