At 9.50pm on August 9, police were conducting patrols on Walker Street, Karumba when they observed a vehicle heading towards Karumba Developmental Road, Karumba.
Police intercepted the vehicle to conduct a roadside breath test.
Police allege that they located a glass pipe with burnt residue on the passenger and a folded knife was also located in the driver side door of the vehicle.
The 31-year-old Mareeba man was charged with possessing utensil that had been used. He will appear in the Normanton Magistrates Court on September 14.
A 43-year-old Karumba man was given a warning in relation to having a knife in the car.
At around 12am on Wednesday, August 12, a vehicle was observed driving at very slow speed along Karumba Point Road, Karumba.
The vehicle then allegedly drove off onto a dirt track.
Police intercepted the vehicle and conducted an RBT.
Police further allege that a quantity of cannabis and a used pipe was located.
A 49-year-old Karumba man was charged with possessing dangerous drugs and possessing utensil. He will appear in the Normanton Magistrates Court on September 14.
