PCYC's Chillin in the Park is on today, Thursday September 10, 4pm to 6pm at Minnie Davis Park.
The free event targets young people aged 0-13 years.
There will be a jumping castle, pizza, arts and crafts, sporting activities, Daniel Morcombe activities and resource and community guests.
Then on Friday, September 11 PCYC will host another free event the Friday Night Lights from 6pm to 9pm. Young people from 12-17 years are invited to come along to the Mount Isa PCYC basketball courts, access via the skate park and fun park.
There will be hot dogs, drinks, music, free WIFI, basketball and chill out zone.
This is a supervised event.
PCYC are also attending primary school for visits during Child Protection Week and encourage all young people to participate in a district colouring in competition.
