Not only did favourite Deadly Choices bring home the bacon to great cheers to win the Spring Cup but he also booked another spot in the Country Cups decider at Doomben in December hoping to make it back to back victories for trainer Damien Finter and jockey Dan Ballard.

The Mount Isa fashionistas were out in style too with keenly contested fashions on the field stakes in ladies classic, ladies contemporary, ladies millinery and the men's fashion to bring it home.
