Mount Isa police have caught two drivers behaving badly in recent days, one over four times the legal limit, the other almost four times.

Police said that at 1pm on September 25, they intercepted a vehicle on on Abel Smith Parade. The vehicle was allegedly unregistered and uninsured.
A roadside breath test also allegedly returned a reading of 0.222 BAC.
A 35-year-old female was charged with driving and unregistered vehicle, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving while unlicensed and driving under the influence of liquor and is due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on October 21.
Meanwhile at 4.40am on September 27, an off duty police officer allegedly witnessed a vehicle drive through a round-about and knock over a traffic sign on Camooweal St, Menzies.
Police attended and advised the driver to undertake a roadside breath test, which allegedly returned a reading of 0.185 BAC.
A 39-year-old Soldiers Hill man was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and is due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on October 21.
Police also said that at 3.30pm on September 28, they intercepted a vehicle at the intersection of Diane and Maxine Street, Mount Isa.
The vehicle was searched and officers allegedly located a quantity of cannabis.
A 38-year-old Townsview man was charged with possessing dangerous drugs and is due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on October 21.
