Vehicle stolen for a joy ride in Mount Isa
On October 9 at about 4am, police noticed an allegedly stolen vehicle driving along Hilary Street Mount Isa which later evaded police.

It was alleged that the unknown person gained entry to a house on West Street via a small hole that was cut through a fly screen at the back door.
The unknown person have allegedly stolen a set of keys which includes the vehicle keys to the vehicle and another vehicle key.
The vehicle was later found abandoned on West Street.
Investigations are continuing and anyone with information is urged to contact police and quote QP2002096072.
