The Liberal National Party spends every election saying the KAP preference the Labor party, which is a flagrant and unconscionable lie.
It hasn't worked well for them at all though because we have four members of parliament on 60%, 60%, 70% and 80% of the vote.
All preferences (how to vote cards) are recorded by the Electoral Commission, and at every election we have had alternate cards - meaning we don't give preferences to either one of the major parties.
Lying is immoral. God will punish those who tell lies.
But Adolf Hitler said in Mein Kampf that if you tell a lie long enough and loud enough, people will believe it.
So, I would like to know which books are on the LNP candidates' reading lists.
At the last Queensland election, the LNP gave preferences to Labor over One Nation, and I confirmed this with Pauline Hanson this week.
It resulted in Labor picking up three seats where One Nation ran second.
And Labor held government in 2017 by a two-seat margin; meaning that it was the LNP that put Labor into power with their preferences.
Worse still, in this Queensland election the LNP are giving its preferences to the Greens over Labor in every seat.
This means the Greens will likely pick up three to five seats in Brisbane and will hold the balance of power.
There could not be a worse outcome for Queensland, especially the regions.
That is a decision that has been made by the Liberal National Party.
When the Greens are trashing the state, remember that it was the LNP who enabled it.

Election question on noxious weeds
I call on all the candidates in the Traeger electorate to state their position on the issue discussed below and indicate what if any actions they will take to ensure that the law is upheld.
I wish to bring to the notice of the public the lack of attention or action of local Councils and the relevant state authorities in Far Northern Queensland on the increasing issue of noxious weeds.
All Queensland councils employ a Land Protection Officer whose responsibilities include weed control on council controlled land.
As that person is responsible for advising of all landholders of their responsibilities in regard to ridding their land of such noxious weeds.
It seems apparent to me that most councils in our local areas have abrogated their responsibilities under the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002.
I call on all the candidates in the Traeger electorate to state their position on this issue and indicate what actions they will take to ensure that the law is upheld.
One only has to walk through the R48 Reserve around Lake Moondarra, where declared weeds can be readily found.
Along the Gregory River (an otherwise pristine river) rubber vine is so thick in many areas as to be impenetrable, and bellyache bush is also abundant.
These are areas where many locals go to enjoy our great outdoors, but they are sadly being overrun by noxious weeds.
If you share my opinion, please write to your local candidates and inform them of your view.
