Police are urging all motorists to mind the Fatal Five and get home safely this Christmas.
On December 17, police intercepted a vehicle on Camooweal Street due to failing to give way.
An RBT was performed and the driver returned a reading over the general alcohol limit and was transported to Mount Isa Police Station for further testing.
The driver returned a reading of 0.116 per cent BAC.
A 38-year-old Pioneer woman was charged with fail to give way and driving under the influence of liquor and is due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on January 20.

On December 17 around 7pm, police were notified of a vehicle that had left a park on Church Street where the driver was possibly driving under the influence of liquor.
Police intercepted the vehicle along Grace Street, where the driver was breath tested and subsequently returned a reading of 0.181 per cent BAC.
A 31-year-old Sunset woman was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and due to appear in Mount Isa magistrates court on January 20.
Around 10am on December 17, police intercepted a vehicle along Flinders Highway, Julia Creek after it was observed driving 149km/hour in a 100km/hour zone.
A 26-year-old Ayr man was fined $1,245, lost 8 demerit points and his licence suspended.
At 4.20am on December 19, police intercepted a vehicle on Trainor Street after observing significant damage to the vehicle.
A roadside breath test was conducted and driver returned a reading of 0.233 per cent BAC.
A 36-year-old Pioneer man was charged with a number of offences including driving without a number plate attached, driving a defective vehicle, driving unlicensed and driving under the influence of liquor, and is due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on January 27.
At 9.30am on December 20, a vehicle was intercepted along Camooweal Street for the purpose of a roadside breath test, where the driver was unable to provide police with a driver licence.
A road side breath test was conducted and returned a reading of 0.161 per cent BAC.
A 36-year-old Northern Territory man was charged with driving unlicensed and driving under the influence of liquor, and due to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on January 13.
