For safety reasons, a maximum number of 300 people will be allowed in at a time and for contact-tracing visitors will need to scan in on entry using a QR code and smartphone.
At Outback at Isa, people will get a chance to tour through the recently renovated Riversleigh Discovery Fossil Centre for free, as well as experience the other attractions and exhibits on offer at the tourist attraction for free.
The cafe will have a range of Australia Day-themed snacks and treats such as lamingtons, scones, meat pies and sausage rolls.
And there will be entertainment in the form of much-loved local puppeteer Louis Johnson with his adorable handmade puppets.
Outback at Isa will open from 9am to 4pm on the day.
