In the second incident at the school in two months overnight on Tuesday the school found that several windows had been smashed.
The school had to have two large glass panels replaced with damage to other panels also identified.
Two panels of the school's resource centre had rocks thrown at them and have to be replaced while another three windows suffered damage.
It follows the removal of six signs from school frontage in the stop, drop and go area on Urquhart St in February.
The signs still have not been found or replaced in damage worth over $2000.
The signs have motivational text such as "be a learner", "be responsible', "be resilient" and "be respected".
"Help keep our school safe by reporting trespassers to the police," the school said.
