Police were spat on after after arresting a boy for a break-in at a Miles Street business on June 15, and the alleged unlawful entry to the Buffs Club on June 21.

It is alleged two youths entered the Buffs via a side door and found scissors and a ring of keys, which they allegedly used to attempt to open a safe.
An employee located the boys and the second boy appeared to hold the scissors towards the employee in a threatening manner, before leaving the premises, captured on CCTV footage.
At noon on Monday, June 21, police attended a Yallambie address to arrest a boy when they were spat on.
A 15-year-old Healy boy has been charged with two counts of obstruct police and one count each of; enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, enter premises and commit indictable offence, serious assault police officer by spitting, possessing dangerous drugs and contravene direction.
The boy was refused bail and will appear in the Mount Isa Childrens Court later this month.
