The new COVID-19 drive-through testing clinic is located at Doreen Street and will operate Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm until further notice.
The NWHHS said a traffic management plan was in place and asks people to follow all signage.
"This is the first time modern health services across the world have had to deal with a pandemic of this scale and we are working as quickly as possible to keep up with demand and keep our community safe," the NWHHS said.
"We appreciate how wonderful our community have been and thank everyone who has been tested so far.
"We'd also like to thank our incredible, hard-working staff from across our health service who have done a wonderful job during these trying times. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed.
"Remember, if you have symptoms, regardless of how mild, please get tested."
The NWHHS will also be using the Civic Centre as a vaccination centre from Monday.
